Shepherd of the Mountains is a Lutheran church in Reno, NV, striving to live out the Biblical command to love God, each other and our neighbors well.

What we believe

sola christo:

by christ alone

sola scriptura:

by scripture alone

sola fide:

by faith alone

sola gratia:

by grace alone

We attended our first Sunday here and we knew right away there was a uniqueness about this church. God used Shepherd of the Mountains to develop in us a stronger passion for him and a deeper relationship with him. God has truly blessed us.
